PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

1. SUBSCRIPTION MODEL

MarketINK services are offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis unless otherwise specified in writing.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing to your selected payment method.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

2. HOW TO CANCEL

You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next billing date by:

Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.

You remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to cancellation.

3. EFFECT OF CANCELLATION

When you cancel:

  • Future billing stops.

  • Access to services continues until the end of the current paid period.

  • No refunds or prorated credits will be issued.

Cancellation does not reverse charges for the current billing cycle.

4. STRATEGIC DURATION RECOMMENDATION

MarketINK recommends a minimum of three (3) consecutive months of service to allow adequate setup, testing, data collection, and optimization.

This recommendation does not create a binding minimum financial commitment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancelling before three months may materially limit performance outcomes.

5. ONE-TIME FEES

Setup fees (including INKY setup fees) are one-time charges and are non-refundable once configuration work begins.

6. FAILED PAYMENTS

If a recurring payment fails:

  • MarketINK may retry the charge.

  • Services may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

  • Continued failure to pay may result in termination of service.

7. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you believe there is an error in billing, you must contact hello@marketinkagency.com before initiating a payment dispute.

Unauthorized or bad-faith chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services

  • Termination of account

  • Recovery of dispute-related costs

8. MODIFICATIONS

MarketINK reserves the right to update subscription pricing or billing terms upon notice.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated billing terms.
